Payment

Payment Options
All Payments must be made within 7 days of the end of an auction. We prefer PayPal payments
(PayPal can be used to make payment by Credit/Debit Cards and Checks). PayPal accepts,
Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept cash, personal checks, money
orders, or cashier's checks as payment, but these methods may lengthen the amount of time before the
item ships.
- When paying with a personal check, please allow 7 days after receipt for the check to clear.
- When paying with cash, please send it via registered mail. We are not responsible for
lost payments.
- Payment must be made in US dollars.
- For payments made by mail, please include shipping address and invoice number.

Sales Tax
We are required to collect 6% sales tax for items purchased for shipment within the state of
Pennsylvania.

Shipping

Shipping and Handling Fees
We charge an estimation of actual shipping and handling costs and fees. We do offer a combined shipping discount
on almost every item we sell. You pay the highest shipping charge for the first item and $1.50 for each additional
item. This discount is only available when you pay for all purchases as one payment.
Domestic Shipping
Whenever possible, we prefer to use The United States Post Office (USPS) Priority Service for
all shipping. To save our customers on shipping charges for smaller and lighter items, we occassionally use
USPS 1st class postage. We are willing to offer additional shipping methods to accommodate customer requests.
We usually ship within two days of receiving your payment.
International Shipping
Whenever possible, we prefer to use The United States Post Office (USPS) Global Priority Service for
all shipping. We are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred. If International shipping
charges are not specified, please contact us for shipping rates.

Special Order Items

Availability
Items marked as special orders are not kept in stock and are subject to availability.
Any special order items purchased that are not available or out of stock will be refunded in full. No backorders
will be accepted.
Shipping
Special Order purchases require addtional time for shipping. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of all special
order purchases.
Custom Orders
Buffalo Gap Outfitters has access to thousands of items. If you don't see what you're looking for, please contact
us and if we can get it, we will.

Return Policy

Replacements
In the event an item purchased is damaged and a suitable replacement is on hand and available, we
will be happy to provide a replacement. Unfortunately, this is often not the case, since many of
the items we sell are rare, unique, or only available in small quantities. In the event a
replacement is not available a refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
We will refund the purchase price of any item returned to us with 7 days of receipt for any reason,
provided the item is in original condition. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
